At last there is now a tantalising glimpse that there is actually some work in progress on the software prototype of the WikiLeakS.org anonymous publishing project.
N.B. this is not a substitute for publishing a full technical specification for open source peer review of what they are attempting to do.

Note the use of SSL / TLS encrypted web pages, currently at https://mail.wikileak.org, with a Digital Certificate issued by Equifax, residing apparently, on a FreeBSD server in Germany.
We have zoomed in on various parts of the bloated screenshot, which tries to cram in too much information, at too high a screen resolution - click on the images for larger versions:
Anonymous Submissions
The Anonymous Submissions page appears to allow you to pick a file for submission from your computer's file operating system or peripheral devices.
How the system copes with multiple files of the same name (e.g. "conspiracies.pdf"), and multiple versions of those files, remains to be seen.
There are some crude categories / tags e,g, as to original language etc., but perhaps more thought needs to be devoted to this area of complexity.
Interestingly there seems to be the facility for Time Delayed Publication, which has its uses for co-ordination with Press release Embargo times / dates.
It might also might provide a little more protection against snoopers using Communications Traffic Data analysis to try to identify the anonymous document publishers,
Whether there is any facility for any random time delay padding, such as is used in Mixmaster anonymous remailers, remains to be seen.
Whether any denial of service attacks or spoofing of Network Time Protocol clock signals could affect this time delayed publishing , also remains to be seen.
The "Improve world" button presumably means "Publish and be damned"
Contents
A glimpse of the Wiki style front end for a particular document, familiar to Wikipedia users.
At a guess, the search box appears to offer only standard, relatively simple searches, hopefully there will be a more advanced search facility to cope with multiple versions of the same file.
Multi-lingual
Evidence that the multi-lingual versions of the software are underway e.g. Russian and Portuguese
