their story.

MY SON HAS ECZEMA SO I HAVE TO KEEP
HIM OFF REGULAR MILK

The majority of skin conditions are due to
food allergies.  At age one, my nephew was
diagnosed with eczema and the doctor
recommended a long list of soaps, creams
and topical medications to help control his
skin reactions.

One day I noticed his skin was full of what
doctors had diagnosed as "eczema" and I
started asking questions about what foods
he was eating.

My kid has eczema but he eats a healthy
diet...he is a great eater!
This was the answer I got from my sister in
law, and I just asked; "Has any doctor
tested him for food allergies"?
The answer was NOOOOOO!!!! He eats
everything!

Skipping what happened during the next six
months....

Against the pediatrician wishes and
recommendations, the child was taken to an
allergist who tested him for food allergies.
The child was severely allergic to nuts, soy,
milk, eggs, wheat, and corn. After the mom
started cooking foods from "scratch" which
means nothing coming out of a box or
freezer, and started writting down what he
ate and how he felt, and how his skin was,
it was clear that the child didn't suffer from
any skin conditions.
He had food allergies.

So what is a safe food if you had food
allergies?
The ones you cook at home and you keep a
journal.  Here are some ideas on how to
start:
1. For three days cook chicken by only
adding salt.
-you bake it
-you cut pieces and fry it
-you put it in the blender

Then start adding ingredients and foods one
at a time.
