Shipping Policies
Please note that circumstances do arise that are beyond our control, i.e. -
extreme weather conditions, lost or mis routed packages due to UPS or USPS,
your local postal service, as well as credit card authorization problems. In these
rare situations, the delivery time can be delayed a bit and expected shipping
times are not guaranteed. We do everything within our control to expedite every
order.

Where We Ship
OmaxCare ships all orders from Florida USA to all domestic locations, including
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We also accept international orders.

International Orders
OmaxCare welcomes orders from around the world. Available shipping methods
and rates vary by destination country. Please note that our shipping solution of
choice is the United Estate Postal Service (USPS). USPS Priority Mail and USPS
Priority Mail Express shipments are insured.

Additional Costs:
Customers from outside the U.S. may be required to pay additional charges for
packages to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's
customs policies, contact your local customs office.

Shipping Charges and Times by Country
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can
cause delays beyond the delivery estimates. First class shipments are not
insured and tracking information is only available from when we process your
shipment until it reaches your local country customs clearance facility. Once it
clears customs in your country, if first class was the method you selected,
package is transfer to your local town mail office and your postal office
"mailman"  or "mail

About Customs, Duties & Taxes
When ordering from OmaxCare.com and/or any of it's affiliates, you're
responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination
country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and
regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United
States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the
destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject
to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a
shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs
clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges
and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country
to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond
our original delivery estimates.

RETURNS
Customer may return most new, unused (not worn) items within 30 days of
delivery for a full refund. OmaxCare guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and
tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

The following items are excluded from being returned:
1
. A single item included in an offer where two, three, or more items are sold as
a "Bundle Value" "Bundle Pack"  "Bundle Value Pack". All items in the bundle
must be returned together and all must be un-used (not worn).
2. Items that have been worn, used, damaged or torn. No exceptions.
3. All items marked "on sale" are final sale and cannot be returned.

The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments; return shipping costs. All
refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will be due provided the return
is received within the return window.


You should expect to receive your refund within four to five weeks of giving your
package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund
more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your
return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process
your return once we receive it (5 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your
bank to process our refund request (5 to 15 business days).
