Allergy Needs was created by a family living with the daily
challenges of managing  multiple life threatening health
conditions. Our mission is to help individuals and their
loved ones find high quality products that make it easier
for them to manage the daily challenges of staying
healthy.

In 2013  Allergy Needs launched it's store as an
Amazon.com seller and in 2014 became the leading
Amazon.com seller of  top brand and generic first aid
epinephrine  auto injectors concealed holders, waist
pouches, and packs such as the popular  Omaxcare®
Brand  products.
Shipping Policies

Please note that circumstances do arise that are beyond
our control, i.e. - extreme weather conditions, lost or mis
routed packages due to USPS errors.  In these rare
situations, the delivery time can be delayed a bit and
expected shipping times are  not guaranteed. We do
everything within our control to expedite every order.

Where We Ship
We ship to all USA domestic locations, including Alaska,
Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We also accept international
orders.

International Orders
Allergy needs welcomes orders from around the world.
Available shipping methods and rates vary by destination
country.
Customers from outside the U.S. may be required to pay
additional charges for packages to clear customs. For more
information regarding your
country's customs policies, contact your local customs
office.

procedures which can cause delays beyond the delivery
estimates.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes
When ordering from Allergy Needs, you're responsible for
assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the
destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply
with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders shipped outside of the
United States may be subject to import taxes, customs
duties and fees levied by the destination country. The
recipient of an international shipment
may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and
fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the
recipient's country. Additional charges
for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we
have no control over these charges and can't predict what
they may be. Customs policies
vary widely from country to country; you should contact
your local customs office for more information. When
customs clearance procedures are
required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery
estimates.

Customer may return new, un-used items within 30 days
of delivery for a full refund, except during the December
holiday period. Items bought
during the holiday period will have an extended return
period; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November
ends on the 31st of December.
Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full
refund if received by January 31st.

The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments.
All refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will
be due provided the return is received within the return
window.

Replacements and exchanges are not supported;
customers can return their original order for a refund and
create a new order for the replacement.
